Holmes Harbor Golf Course is not for sale

Neighbors in the Holmes Harbor community are concerned about a misconception that affects the golf course and in turn could have a deleterious effect on the neighborhood and adversely influence property values. It seems that a number of people have erroneously assumed that because the old clubhouse is for sale, that the golf course is too.

It’s not.

To be clear, the Holmes Harbor Golf Course is not for sale and is still open daily to everyone.
