I got home yesterday from a seven-day hospital stay. I have heart and lung issues.

I want to take this opportunity to thank my hospital doctors, Dr. Kubisty and Dr. Rangel. I also want to thank Douglass in pharmacy for reconciling my medication list and making sure it was up to date after I gave the hospital an old medication list by mistake.

All the respiratory staff were amazing, and available any time I needed a breathing treatment.

Thank you to all the RN and CNAs who took such great care of me. Everyone was so caring.

When I had to go to the CUU, I had amazing nurses: Colleen and phenomenal Phil.

The hospital has a wonderful kitchen staff who made sure I had a cardiac diet and tracked me down in whatever room I was in. My rooms were spotless, too.

Everyone is excited about the new hospital opening and said I should check them out. I will, if they have an open house.
