Nearly 60 volunteers participated in a Rotary service day Saturday at South Whidbey Elementary South Campus. Rotary Clubs of South Whidbey and Whidbey Westside, teachers, parents, students and sailors from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island turned out to help with the grounds beautification project.

Student Rotary Interact club members also spent time on their prom day to lend a hand in the day’s cleaning, painting and rebuilding at the South Whidbey Cougars Den.
