Falcon boys golfers earn league win

South Whidbey’s boys golf team defeated Lakewood 293-392 on April 14 at Useless Bay Golf and Country Club.

South Whidbey’s boys golf team defeated Lakewood 293-392 on April 14 at Useless Bay Golf and Country Club. South Whidbey’s Ian Saunsaucie was the top scorer on the day, finishing with a 55. Lakewood was led by C.J. McClellan, who shot a 68.

Falcon juniors Anton Klein and Thorin Helmersen finished second and third on the team with scores of 56 and 57, respectively.
