Family celebrates arrival of baby girl

Andrew, Amanda and big sister Thea Williams are delighted to announce the birth of their beautiful daughter and sister Tula Florence Williams.
Tula was born at 9:37 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7, 2009 at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.
She weighed 8 pounds, 3.7 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
Proud grandparents are Bill and Naida Thorsen of Clinton, and Jack and Laura Williams of Newport. Great-grandmas are Myrtle Thorsen of Clinton, Ruth Williams of La Rue, Ohio, and Wanda Rotroff of Russells Point, Ohio.
