Greenbank family celebrate new arrival

Christopher and Noelle Onstad of Greenbank are thrilled to announce the birth of their son Oakley August Joel Onstad.
Oakley was born at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville on April 14, 2010. He weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces.
