Princess mania at the Clyde Theatre in Langley

Alina Allan, 4, and Ava Marx, 3, stand outside the Clyde Theatre in Langley just before heading in to find a seat for “Tangled,” the Disney animated feature based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, “Rapunzel.”

A bedazzled crowd of tiara-wearing girls and princely boys showed up for the special event at the movie theater, where everyone in costume received free popcorn.

“The girls had a blast and waived at their fellow princesses inside the theater and ate all their princess popcorn as fast as they could,” said mom Michaela Marx Wheatley.
