Rachel Cook of Langley graduates with honors | KUDOS

Outstanding scholar Rachel Elizabeth Cook of Langley graduated with honors from Humber College in Toronto, Canada with a general arts and sciences university transfer degree. Cook was a Whidbey Island Academy student, class of 2008.

Cook will pursue a combined criminal justice/business degree from Guelph-Humber University in Toronto starting in September.
