Foster parents needed on Whidbey Island

An orientation class for people who are interested in foster parenting will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, Sept. 23 at the Division of Child and Family Services office at No. 301, 275 SE Pioneer Way, Oak Harbor.
