Legion Post 141 hosts membership drive

The South Whidbey American Legion Post 141 is ringing in the New Year with a membership drive and live band performance. The public is welcome to enjoy the Stranded Dogs of Oak Harbor play some exciting music starting at 9 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31.

Information will be available for anyone eligible to join the Post, Auxiliary or Sons of the American Legion. A recommended $10 donation will be accepted at the door and an assortment of snacks will be available to munch on throughout the evening.
