Wrangler 4-H club raises money for Whidbey animal program | NOTABLE

The Wranglers 4-H Horse Club sponsored a fundraising Western Game Show earning $500 to donate to the Whidbey Island Farm Animal Assistance Program (WIFAAP). The check was presented to Pam Price, program president, and Carol Barnes.
