We must agree to voice opinions on service

I must wholeheartedly agree with Jon Bloom in his Nov. 11 letter — my experience with home service providers and contractors on the island has been regrettably the same. The number of days spent waiting for “no shows” who never bother to call is astounding and disturbing.

I also agree that, to hopefully create change toward professionalism and customer service, our voices must be heard.

And I, too, will remember those that did change and those that didn’t.
