South Whidbey Jazz Ensemble shines at UW invitational

The South Whidbey High School Jazz Ensemble had great success at the University of Washington Jazz Invitational.

South Whidbey’s ensemble distinguished themselves among several nationally ranked bands, including winning the Outstanding Trombone Section Award.

Trombone section includes Cooper Ullmann, Annie Campbell, Elizabeth Simmons, Juliana Larson-Wickman and Sara Zundel. Both Campbell and Ullmann were recognized for their outstanding solos.
