Clinton family welcome new addition

Michael Soto and Rachel Stockholm of Clinton are happy to announce the birth of their son, Isaac James Soto.

Michael Soto and Rachel Stockholm of Clinton are happy to announce the birth of their son, Isaac James Soto.

Isaac was born on Dec. 18, 2010 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville. He weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces.
