Whidbey diabetes group to meet tonight

The Diabetes Health Group will meet tonight to preview several exercise DVDs developed for adults with varied levels of mobility.

The group is sponsored by the Whidbey General Hospital Diabetes Program and meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28 in Conference Room B at the hospital in Coupeville.

Each group also provides time for general questions and discussion. Members coming to the next meeting can also bring a favorite exercise DVD to review.
