Cody Williams and Payton Tabach of Langley are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Jillian Marie Williams.
Jillian was born on Feb. 4, 2011 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville.
She weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces.
