South Whidbey Republican Women get Navy update

In honor of the country’s bravest men and women, the South Whidbey Republican Women will kick off their new year’s theme “Dedicated to Victory” by welcoming a guest speaker from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island at the group’s next meeting.

The lunch meeting is 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17 at Useless Bay Golf & Country Club. The speaker will address the state of the Navy base and give an update.
