To the editor:

I have to say, this is the first time I agree with Mr. Freeman, “Speak out in America’s defense.”

I will help Mr. Freeman out. Obama is the first president in the history of our country to pass so many large tax bills in so short a time. The Obama bills passed by his Democratic congress have brought this country down, taking away people’s freedoms and tearing apart our economy.

Congress passed a cap-and-trade bill without reading it; the bill restricts our corporations to produce and places higher taxes and manufacturing restrictions on us. Nations we compete against do not have the same restrictions.

Obama and his congress passed the “stimulus bill,” same scenario; no one in Congress bothered to read the bill. In nine months, we are over $3 trillion in debt and the unemployment rate is at 9.7 percent for the whole United States.

Obama and his administration has fired the CEO of the largest car company in the world, GM, and taken over GM and Chrysler Corporation. The federal government is now in the private- sector car business. Never in the history of the United States has this happened.

Obama and his administration have taken over banks; now the United States owns banks. Obama and his administration have by-passed the Constitution of the United States by appointing “czars” to head cabinet positions. There are 32 czars, examples: “aids czar,” “bailout czar,” “car czar,” climate change czar,” “diversity czar,” “border czar,” “domestic violence czar,” “green czar” (Van Jones, an admitted communist, has resigned).

What is scary, is that these czars do not answer to anyone except to President Obama and his administration. There is no representation of the people.

Obamacare? It is nothing but another way of taking more control of our government, i.e. the people. The Democrats attempted to ram Obamacare down the Americans’ throats before the August recess; NO ONE IN CONGRESS HAD READ THE BILL.

I give credit to “We the People.” They put the brakes on this by speaking out, the people read the bill and are better informed than Congress. What kind of response the American people received for asking the tough questions of their legislatures. “We the People” are called “right wing domestic terrorists, conspirators, Brown Shirts” and several other names by our elected officials.

Obama and his administration is taking this country apart, piece by piece, and he is on his way to becoming a dictator and enslaving the American people. Remember, “no good crisis should be wasted.” President Obama is waiting for the next crisis. If one does not come, I would not be surprised if the Obama administration tried to manufacture one. The Democrats are desperate.

So “We the People” have spoken and are fighting for the survival of our great nation from an administration which is bent on taking this country down. Millions of good Americans are speaking out in America’s defense. We want our country back!
