Commissioners of South Whidbey Fire/EMS switch seats, titles

South Whidbey Fire/EMS commissioners changed their roles and titles recently.
Mike Helland was elected as the chairman of the three-person board. Kenon Simmons, who previously served as chairman, was elected to serve as the vice chair.
