Tobiah “Zippy” Leonard, 9, died as the result of a tragic accident Dec. 25, 2011.

A visitation for her is planned from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31 at Visser Funeral Home. A private celebration of her life will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7 at Fireseed Catering in Langley. Arrangements have been entrusted to Visser Funeral Home.
