To the editor: I would like to publicly express my gratitude to the 911 operator, Jeff Landel and his partners at EMS, Officer Evan Tingstad, and Susan Higman and Dr. Robert Bishop of the coroner’s office for their professionalism, courtesy and caring support during my time of need.

I would like to publicly express my gratitude to the 911 operator, Jeff Landel and his partners at EMS, Officer Evan Tingstad, and Susan Higman and Dr. Robert Bishop of the coroner’s office for their professionalism, courtesy and caring support during my time of need.

One never wants to be in a situation to make that emergency call, but how gratifying it is to know we have such dedicated individuals to provide assistance to us.
