Shane Hoffmire has been an enthusiastic civic-minded member of our community, particularly through his dogged determination to successfully resurrect the Oak Harbor swimming pool and through his insights while serving on the City Council.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Shane since his early teens and have known him to be scrupulously honest, compassionate and highly motivated. Shane is unfailingly loyal to the standards set up for him in his family background, willingly providing support and encouragement to those seeking his help.

A man with a strong sense of humor and a ready smile, I consider Shane my friend and am honored to recommend Shane in his future endeavors.
