Letter: Incremental change won’t solve climate crisis

Editor,

Lately, I’ve been cogitating over climate change and the current peer-reviewed science relating to critical issues such as ecosystem services, the second law of thermodynamics, exponential function and our dependency on biodiversity.

I conclude that if your ideology requires slow incremental change while humanity hurtles toward extinction, you don’t have an ideology. You have a pastime while waiting for Armageddon.

Seems to me we should be focusing on planetary hospice rather than wasting time on “green” illusions.
