Letter: Lack of services leads to unpredictability

I propose that, instead of Langley’s iconic Mystery Weekend, let’s change it to Mystery Season: Will there by ferry service? Will any restaurants be open? Will there be electricity? Who knows?! It’s all a mystery!!
