We have worked with Kennedy on city and community committees for more than 3 years. We are here to attest to her qualifications to be Langley’s next mayor.

What is so great about Kennedy? As professionals ourselves we have high standards, and we recognize Kennedy as one of the most effective and organized individuals we have ever worked with. She aligns with her values and is incredibly detail oriented. She not only understands fiscal matters generally, after 15 years on Whidbey she is ready to deal with Langley’s history and current realities. She will work effectively with the city’s budget, prioritizing commitments and understanding the ramifications of decisions made. She has great follow through, comes to meetings organized and facilitates them so you leave on time. On top of that she is funny and kind, listens well and communicates clearly. Her broad experience allows her to work and engage with people of different backgrounds and across different settings.
