Just about one year ago, Island County finally filed its lawsuit against property owners on either side of Wonn Road which has been a public beach access since before statehood in 1889.

Congratulations to the commissioners for taking this important step, authorized by the prior panel of commissioners in 2009 who passed Resolution C-34-09.
