The Whidbey Shepherds 4-H Club would like to take this opportunity to thank our local communities for supporting our livestock projects.

The highlight of our 4-H year is the Island County Fair. That’s where we get to show off our animals. Our market lambs are judged by a professional judge and if they are of high quality we get to sell them in the livestock auction at the fair.

We would like to thank the following people who support our projects by buying our market lambs at the Island County Fair this year: Stephanie and Greg Jones, Sheilagh and Steve Byler, Dianne and Gary Piazzon, Antionette Slavich, Dottie Zuvela, Mary Barhanovich, Mary and Ray Sievers, Jo Hansen, Michael and Colleen Klamm, Lin Stern, Yvette Noys, Debbie Stone, Cane Engineering and Bobbie Cane.

We would also like to thank the following people who donated price support to help us defray the costs of raising our animals: Jane Mays, M.D., Gary McCausland, Skagit Farmers Supply and Violet Zuvela.
