Editor, Justice: This is a personal thank you to Mrs. Margaret Faltys in finally bringing down career criminal Dave De Spain. I also fell victim to De Spain, losing personal jewelry, cash and most importantly my mother’s wedding and engagement rings. The MO was identical. The hedge trimmer in my case was someone I knew. Very sad.
