LETTER TO THE EDITOR | Shooting guns on Whidbey is OK but no camping on private land?

Editor, On Whidbey Island, it’s legal to fire weapons on your own property “preferably into a berm.” However, it’s illegal to camp on your own property unless you have a house there. Evidently the public is in more danger from campers than bullets?
