I guess this letter to the editor should be called “The Last Time.” I am only writing this to thank Mr. Freeman for responding to my first letter.

Although you can throw a billion dollars at clean energy, health care, and education, there has to be people available to use that money. If you remove 9,000 Navy people from the local economy what are you going to have left? You will be left with a devastated local economy just like Mr. B.J. Guillot stated and I thank him for his support.
