LETTER TO THE EDITOR | Whidbey hardware store exceeded reader’s expectations

Editor, This is why I love this island: I bought a portable greenhouse Saturday and put it all together but didn’t even get a chance to use it or have it for a full day. The wind storm ripped it to pieces, and I mean pieces! I called Sebo’s just thinking it couldn’t hurt to ask if I could get a replacement one or a discount. I spoke with the manager, Frank, who was so nice and told me to come in anytime and get a replacement one on them! Any other hardware store would’ve laughed at me and told me no.

I have lived on the island for one year and this is by far the best customer service I have received since moving here in January 2015.
