If Bruce Montgomery has the documentation to prove that he owns the beach at the end of Wonn Road, why doesn’t he simply present the facts at a court hearing?

He must not be so sure since he’s been relying on intimidation and obfuscation to further his claim. It could be decided as fast as you can say, “public road.”
