In response to Nancy Mayer’s Dec. 18 letter to the editor, Trump did lose the election; there is no credible evidence of wide-spread voter fraud that I know about.

Trump also came up short in his response to COVID-19. But there is more to the picture than just that. I feel like Nancy has lost sight of the forest for the trees.

Many voters stood behind Trump because of people like you, Nancy. People who want to lay all the blame on a particular individual or political party.

Quite frankly, I don’t blame them. It’s not all Trump’s fault.

To add insult to injury, you ask of them to stand behind Biden who is a proven liar, much like Trump. But far worse than that, Biden is a warmonger.

Biden not only voted for every war he could, he aggressively pushed others to support wars as well. Thousands of innocent lives have come at the hands of people like Biden. That’s not someone I will support, and Biden is not the guy to bring unity to a country so deeply divided.

Trump’s record on war is nothing compared to Biden’s, so when it comes to innocent lives, the real boogeyman isn’t Trump. And believe me that is hard for me to admit because I don’t like the guy.
