Island Shakespeare Festival is inviting residents to delve into its next season.

The Sunday, Dec. 3 event will be fun and interactive with a silent auction, door prizes and moments with actors. The lovers of the Bard will count down the days until the 15th season. The event is 3-5 p.m. at the Bayview Cash Store, upstairs in the Front Room Gallery.

“We are always looking forward to the newest era of theatre that connects and inspires us all, and with your help we will continue to plan for the next season that will engage, surprise and delight audiences from Whidbey Island and beyond,” the Island Shakespeare Festival said in a press release. “Please come to our season reveal.”

Come and celebrate with Island Shakespeare Festival’s biggest fans and learn about what is in the wings for shoulder season projects, and of course, next summer’s plays.

A $50 ticket gets you in the room for the fun and food. Light food and beverages will be provided. A $15 ticket gets you access to a live stream of the event, so you’ll still be able to celebrate the announcement.
