Treat Mom to a relaxing and inspiring afternoon at Meerkerk Gardens when Harper Tasche performs weaving songs on folk harp throughout the afternoon from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 8.

Bring a quilt or chair and a picnic and enjoy the Mother’s Day Concert on the Lawn surrounded by the fragrant spring bloomers of the gardens. Stroll through the gardens and breathe in the fragrance and beauty of the thousands of daffodils, delicate cherry trees, magnificent magnolias and rhododendrons which provide a symphony of color throughout the 10-acre gardens.

The crescendo of rhododendron bloom has just started and is expected to continue through May.
