CHLOE ANNE HOOD, daughter of Eric and Mary Hood, of Langley and sister of Jack Hood, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Whitman College in politics, summa cum laude. She was elected the most outstanding senior in her major.

She graduated is a 2017 graduate of South Whidbey High School and currently resides in Seattle.
