With permission from the North Pole, Whidbey residents Rob Claflin and Kathy Fournier dressed up as Santa and Mrs. Claus and did some paddleboarding on Pass Lake. Claflin said he and his wife started the tradition several years ago to spread holiday cheer to people passing by. This year, Oak Harbor resident Gary Skiff stopped and snapped this photo of the jolly couple.
