Clifford the Big Red Dog will be making another appearance this year at South Whidbey Elementary School’s “Fall Scholastic Book Fair.”

Students and family members are invited to visit the book fair to shop for books, library and classroom accessories. Parents can also purchase books for their child’s teacher out of their “Wish List” boxes.

The sale is 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 and all week from Monday-Friday, Nov. 14-18.

All funds generated from the event directly support the South Whidbey Elementary Library Program and are used to purchase new books, materials, equipment, furniture and other items.

The public is welcome and encouraged to come see what Scholastic Books has to offer. This year the book fair will be located in the school board meeting room on the Primary School campus. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 during “The Reptile Man.”
