Michael and Gwendy Hastings of Freeland are happy to announce the long-awaited birth of their son Curtis Raymond Hastings.

Curtis was born on Dec. 20, 2010 and weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces.

Curtis was welcomed into the family by his big brother Michael Jr., 12, and his grandparents Gary and Janie Gabelein of Bayview and Laura Hastings of Stanwood.
