At 9:47 a.m., a caller reported that a “baldish” man with a water bottle was running up and down Frostad Road, waving his arms.

At 10:51 a.m., a caller on Waterloo Road reported that someone ran over his hood.

At 11:31 a.m., a Crawford Road resident reported that he was sharing a boat with his ex-friend who threatened him.

At 6:41 p.m., a Central Whidbey resident reported that a woman with a swollen eye was leaving an abusive relationship, needs to detox from meth and has a warrant out for her arrest. Also, people were burning her mail.

At 10:56 p.m., a Perkins Street resident reported that a deer was under her porch, banging around.

Thursday, April 21

At 4:44 a.m., a Barrington Drive resident reported that a 1990 blue Honda Accord with a red hood was stolen.

At 10:49 a.m., a caller at a Goldie Road location reported that scrap copper was stolen.

Friday, April 22

At 2:28 p.m., a Rosie Lane resident reported that a house and camper were broken into. Items were stolen, including medication.

At 2:30 p.m., a Siesta Place resident reported that two men were sitting on the sidewalk in front of the caller’s house. They somehow knew the caller’s name.

At 3:41 p.m., a Hollydale Lane resident reported that a surveillance camera showed that someone knocked on the door and walked inside the house.

At 6:13 p.m., a driver reported that a woman in pajamas was walking in and out of traffic on Highway 20.

At 7:22 p.m., a boater reported that his vessel was dead in the water in Saratoga Passage.

Saturday, April 23

At 3:09 p.m., a caller reported receiving a scam call about having to pay for missing jury duty.

At 4:27 p.m., a caller reported that someone drove by on Northgate Drive and shot the caller with a BB gun.

At 4:49 p.m., a driver reported that a woman with a puffy coat seemed unhappy on the side of Highway 20 near Ault Field Road.

At 5:16 p.m., a driver reported that a woman in a black Toyota Rav 4 was tailgating and repeatedly removing her hands from the wheel, causing her vehicle to swerve into oncoming traffic. The caller said it appeared the woman was dancing while driving.

At 6:22 p.m., a driver reported that a woman was lying on the side of Highway 20, screaming and crying.
