Diking District 1 commissioners will discuss drainage charges and water level control at a quarterly meeting Saturday, April 19.

The district will look at bases for charging a subset of the property owners for drainage and proper operation of the ditch water level control starting at 10 a.m. at the Freeland Library, 5495 Harbor Ave.
