IDIPIC presents its next North Whidbey DUI/underage drinking prevention panel at 6:45 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12 in Room 137 down the hall from the Oak Harbor Library.

The panel is open to all, but there is no late admittance.

The panel is required by local driving instructors for both driver’s education students and parents.
