Wednesday, May 10

At 8:48 a.m., a caller at a Highway 20 business reported that people appeared to be living out of a car in the parking lot. The caller asked to have them banned from the area.

At 11:16 a.m., a caller at a Fidalgo Avenue location reported that a man with a cane refused to leave.

At 11:51 a.m., a man reported that his daughter didn’t come home and he tracked her phone to the marsh near Windjammer Park.

At 1:51 p.m., a caller reported that a man was urinating on a sign on Maylor Street.

At 3:16 p.m., a caller reported that a drunk bald man in a shirt with pineapples was yelling at people.

Thursday, May 11

At 9:30 a.m., a Crosbye Avenue resident reported that a stray cat was under the trailer and had kittens.

At 9:41 a.m., a Northwest Dory Avenue resident reported that a neighbor’s dogs were attacking another dog.

At 12:07 p.m., a resident reported that two people were building a camp behind a dumpster on Southeast Eighth Avenue.

At 2:10 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a military uniform was hitting a car window with a rock on Highway 20.

At 3:48 p.m., a resident reported that a woman was going through a neighbor’s garbage.

At 6:06 p.m., a caller reported that a man in his 50s had his pants down and was urinating in the middle of North Oak Harbor Street.

At 8:06 p.m., a caller reported finding a pair of pants with a wallet inside in the Beeksma Drive area.

Friday, May 12

At 12:14 a.m., a resident reported that a man was urinating on the stairwell on Bayshore Drive.

At 6:36 a.m., a man at a Regatta Drive location reported that he was asked to leave after someone pulled his hoodie strings.

At 8:10 a.m., a caller reported that a homeless man was sleeping by a dumpster on Kimball Drive and appeared to have a pistol in his back pocket.

At 9:32 a.m., a caller reported that a student was at school and camera footage showed the student being punched in the face and leaving.

At 3:19 p.m., a man reported that a woman on Fairhaven Drive struck his truck with a lawnmower.

At 5:12 p.m., a caller at a Bayshore Drive location reported it was weird that two people were in a bathroom together.

At 12:38 a.m., a caller reported that a person was lying in the roadway on Barlow Street.

Sunday, May 14

At 7:16 a.m., a resident reported that water was gushing out of the sewage treatment plant and flooding a garden area.

At 12:34 p.m., a caller reported that a ceremonial cannon was being discharged on Cataline Drive.

At 6:20 p.m., a resident reported finding a board with a nail in it and a knife in an alley off Barlow Street.

Monday, May 15

At 1:27 a.m., a Southwest Harrier Street resident reported that someone rang the doorbell and ran away.

At 5:47 a.m., an Ely Street resident reported that someone was sleeping on a neighbor’s porch.
