Erick and Julie Dougherty Winger of Greenbank are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Marin Dougherty Winger.

Erick and Julie Dougherty Winger of Greenbank are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Marin Dougherty Winger.

Marin was born on March 28, 2010 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville. She weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces.
