Tuesday, April 9

At 12:17 a.m., a caller on Highway 20 reported having headaches and said the CIA doesn’t want him to call 911.

At 4:41 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless person was setting up camp on a grassy knoll at the Freeland Park.

At 7:38 p.m., a jogger reported finding a pouch of money from Wells Fargo on the ground in the Swede Hill Road area.

Wednesday, April 9

At 8:34 a.m., a South Whidbey resident reported being blackmailed by a hacker.

Thursday, April 10

At 12:44 p.m., a South Whidbey school reported that a student was refusing to go home.

Friday, April 11

At 7:21 a.m., an injured eagle was reported on Snakelum Point Road.

At 10:08 a.m., a dead bald eagle was reported on the side of View Ridge Drive.

At 11:59 a.m., a Coles Road resident asked about county ordinances regarding dogs pooping on his property.

At 4:39 p.m., a Homestead Road resident reported that someone put a garbage bag in his vent and cut a propane hose.

At 5:32 p.m., a Central Whidbey resident reported that people are harassing her over a party where someone “laced things.”
