Joe Wiezerbowski made quite an impression in his first year working for Langley Public Works.

He was honored by the Langley City Council and Mayor Fred McCarthy with a pin for his first year working for the city. In that short time, he made a serious impression on the city’s leaders. He repaired and replaced several steps that connect Boy and Dog Park to Seawall Park, and corralled the lavender plants around the city.

“We hope you get a five, and a 10, and a 15, and a 20-year pin,” McCarthy said.
