Langley United Methodist Church has awarded three youth scholarships. Recent South Whidbey grad Josiah Colby was given $2,000 for his college education at Pacific Lutheran University. Washington State University sophomore Isla Dubendorf was awarded $300. Gonzaga University sophomore Rachael Arand got $300. Presenting the awards was Andrea Loeser, scholarships chair.

“We are so proud of these young people and know they will do great things,” she said, in press release said.
