At 7:39 p.m., an employee at a Main Street business reported that a man was hiding in the women’s bathroom.

At 9:24 p.m., a Saratoga Road resident reported that a neighbor was having a huge house party with fireworks and a disco. The caller wasn’t invited.

At 3:01 p.m., an employee at a Highway 525 store reported that a woman tried to buy a vape product for a minor.

At 7:34 p.m., a driver reported that a blue Volvo cut in line at the ferry dock.

Monday, April 25

At 9:18 a.m., a driver reported that a person and a bike were in a ditch on Wilson Road.

Tuesday, April 26

At 9:06 a.m., a Diane Avenue resident reported that a husky was running through the neighborhood and attacked a goat.

At 2:08 p.m., a caller reported that a Canada goose with a batch of goslings was trying to cross Highway 525.

At 6:50 p.m., a Glendale Road resident reported that a woman locked herself in a car and a man was yelling at her.

At 7:36 p.m., a car fire was reported at the marijuana processing plant on Goldie Road.

At 2:29 a.m., a resident reported that a man with a large knife on his hip chased his friend through the woods on Ferry Avenue.

At 10:39 a.m., a Cerullo Drive resident reported that squatters wouldn’t leave her property.

At 2:28 p.m., a caller reported that a woman was hitting a car with a baseball bat on Trisha Lane.

At 3:44 p.m., a caller reported that a chainsaw was left in a parking lot on Main Street.

At 2:22 p.m., a Miller Road resident reported that a boat motor was stolen.

At 5 p.m., a Saratoga Road resident reported that someone was flying a drone over his property.

At 8:17 p.m., a caller reported that her friend has baby raccoons and she’s concerned they weren’t being cared for properly.

At 9:32 p.m., a caller on Green Valley Road reported that people were fighting over baby raccoons. The people were referred to an animal rehab facility.

At 2:29 p.m., a resident reported that people were living out of a red sedan parked at the intersection of Reservoir and Saratoga roads.

Tuesday, May 3

At 12:53 a.m., an Oak Harbor resident reported that he keeps getting notification on his phone that “airtag” has been following him.

At 3:13 a.m., a driver reported that about 20 cows were loitering in the intersection on Hastie Lake and Zylstra roads.

At 2:09 p.m., a caller reported that a ferry rider “lasered” a ticket booth employee in the eye. Deputies cited the driver with unlawful discharge of a laser and seized the laser. The booth employee declined medical attention.

At 2:35 p.m., a caller reported that a Dusty Lane resident threatened to tear the island apart to find a missing dog.

At 4:21 p.m., a Harmony Lane resident reported that an ignition interlock device, a stereo and GPS gadget were stolen from a car and a boat.

At 9:40 a.m., a Swede Hill Road resident reported. That a newborn fawn was on the porch.

At 11:32 a.m., a caller reported that a person was playing the harpsichord over a load speaker in the Goose parking lot.

At 6:06 p.m., a resident reported that a car was stolen on Northeast Barron Drive.

At 8:46 p.m., a Jacobs Road resident reported that a suspicious man asked for transmission fluid.

At 10:57 p.m., a caller reported that someone broke into an Ocean View Drive home and left a behind a fortune cookie.

At 1:32 p.m., a Jacobs Road resident reported finding bags of peppers tucked behind the garage.

At 11:10 a.m., an Allyson Street resident reported that someone cut the waterline for the garage.

At 3:02 p.m., a caller reported that someone cut the cable to a storage unit on Saratoga Road and stole a barbecue set and a propane tank.

At 3:09 p.m., a resident reported that a mudslide spilled onto Double Bluff Road.

At 4:34 p.m., a Whidbey resident reported receiving weird texts from an unknown number. One of the texts said “you look good right now.”

At 7:32 p.m., a Cascade Avenue resident reported that a man was stealing electricity.

At 11:09 a.m., a caller reported that someone tried to siphon gas from a pickup on Deer Lake Road.

At 6:36 p.m., a driver reported that a woman was rolling around on the ground near Highway 20.

At 9:31 p.m., a Hamilton Drive resident reported that her husband was armed with a bat and was chasing someone who almost broke the front window.
