Lawmaker opens district office in Freeland

State Rep. Norma Smith will be spending a lot of time in Freeland this year.

Smith, R-Clinton, opened a district office at 5531 Freeland Ave. following the close of the 2016 Legislative session on March 29. The purpose of the office is to better connect constituents with Smith when she’s not in session, according to a recent news release.
