Richard and Olesya Smith of Seattle are proud to announce the birth of their son, Lev Kobi Raskin. Lev was born at 12:35 a.m. Monday, April 23 at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle and weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Lev is named after his paternal great-grandmother, Lucy Raskin Smith.
His grandparents are Drs. Robert and Fran Smith of Langley and Evgeny and Nadezhda Golovanova of Togliatty, Russia.
